These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.thinkvastu.com (the “Website”) and all consultation services, reports, and content provided by Think Vastu (“Think Vastu”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website, booking a consultation, making a payment, or using our services in any manner, you (“you”, “your”, “Client”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or our services.

1. About Our Services

Think Vastu provides Vastu consultation services, including but not limited to space analysis, personalized recommendations, and the Vastu Balance Report, for residential and commercial properties (“Services”). The Services are advisory and informational in nature and consist of guidance and suggestions based on Vastu principles as applied by our consultants.

2. Eligibility

By using the Website and Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Booking & Payment

  1. Consultations must be booked through the Website’s designated booking/payment link or other channels officially communicated by us.
  2. Full payment of the applicable fee is required in advance to confirm any booking. We do not accept partial payments, instalments, or pay-later arrangements.
  3. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  4. Prices, offers, and discounts displayed on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to you is the price displayed at the time of your payment.
  5. You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information (including your name, phone number, and email address) at the time of booking and payment. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.
  6. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for any errors, failures, or security breaches attributable to such payment gateways or your bank.

4. No Refunds & No Cancellations

All payments made to Think Vastu are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  1. No refunds, whether full or partial, shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the Services, non-utilization of the Services, or disagreement with the recommendations provided;
  2. No cancellations of confirmed bookings are permitted;
  3. Fees paid are not transferable to any other person, property, or service;
  4. This no-refund policy was clearly disclosed to you prior to payment, and you accepted it as a condition of purchase.

The only exception is a verified technical failure — where an amount is debited from your account but no booking is created, or a duplicate payment occurs for the same booking. In such cases, upon verification, the excess or failed amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information about yourself and your property, including layouts, plans, photographs, and other materials reasonably requested;
  2. Attend scheduled consultations at the confirmed date and time. If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior intimation, the consultation may be treated as availed, and no refund or free rescheduling shall be owed;
  3. Use the Services and any reports or recommendations solely for your personal, non-commercial use;
  4. Not record, reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any consultation, report, or content provided by us without our prior written consent.

6. Nature of Services; No Guarantee of Outcomes

  1. Vastu consultation is an advisory service. All recommendations, reports, and suggestions provided by Think Vastu are opinions and guidance intended to help you organize and optimize your space.
  2. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any specific outcome or result, including but not limited to improvements in health, wealth, finances, career, business performance, relationships, academic performance, legal matters, or any other aspect of life. Individual experiences vary and depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
  3. Any references on the Website to client experiences, testimonials, or expected timelines are illustrative of individual experiences only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results for you.
  4. Any satisfaction-related commitments described on the Website (such as continued guidance or additional support) are gestures of goodwill, are provided at our sole discretion, and do not entitle you to any refund or monetary compensation.
  5. Our Services do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, architectural, structural, or engineering advice. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals for such matters. See our Disclaimer for further details.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Website and in our deliverables — including text, reports, graphics, logos, the “think vāstu” name and mark, designs, patterns, images, and layout — is the exclusive property of Think Vastu or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  2. Your report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content or deliverables without our prior written permission.
  3. Any feedback, testimonial, or review you voluntarily provide may be used by us (with your first name/city or anonymized, at our discretion) for promotional purposes across our website and marketing channels, unless you expressly withdraw consent in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. Think Vastu, its proprietors, consultants, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with the Website or the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages;
  2. We shall not be liable for any decision made or action taken by you (including purchases, renovations, relocations, investments, or lifestyle changes) in reliance on our recommendations;
  3. In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the amount actually paid by you to Think Vastu for the specific Service giving rise to the claim;
  4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Think Vastu, its proprietors, consultants, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Website or Services; (c) inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

10. Website Availability & Accuracy

  1. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or liability.
  3. While we endeavour to keep Website content accurate and current, we make no warranties as to its completeness, accuracy, or reliability, and we may correct errors or omissions at any time.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, internet or telecommunication failures, power outages, strikes, or civil disturbances. Affected timelines shall stand reasonably extended.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service, or restrict access to the Website, to any person at our sole discretion, including in cases of abusive conduct toward our team, misuse of our content, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms, without any obligation to refund amounts paid where the Service has been rendered or the breach is attributable to you.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Website or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law, the courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15. Entire Agreement & Amendments

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Think Vastu regarding the Website and Services. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
